As a Senior Investigator at Siemens Energy, your day will be dynamic and impactful, focusing on conducting internal and official Compliance investigations across China and the Asia-Pacific regions and globally. You will work on important Compliance projects and investigations that ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards, directly influencing the integrity of our operations and supporting our mission to provide sustainable energy solutions. You can expect to collaborate within a diverse and inclusive team culture that values open communication, mutual respect, and a commitment to excellence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Conduct comprehensive internal Compliance investigations, from fact-finding to strategy definition.
  • Manage investigation cases, ensuring effective resource allocation and logistics.
  • Interact with all stakeholders involved in the investigation process to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Apply local and international laws to investigations, ensuring compliance and legal integrity.
  • Provide expert advice to business partners and Compliance Officers, enhancing decision-making processes.
  • Train colleagues and business partners on Compliance matters, fostering a culture of integrity.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of eight to ten years of professional experience in investigation management or related fields.
  • Legal background with experience in conducting investigations, preferably as a prosecutor or in-house counsel.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluency in Mandarin and English, with business fluency in German highly desirable.
  • High level of commitment, teamwork, and intercultural sensitivity.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work, with the ability to operate independently.
