About the Role
- Lead the Finance transformation and co-lead the S4Energy rollout for Large Steam & Syncons, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and program objectives
- Drive end-to-end Finance implementation activities, including requirements management, process design, Fit-Gap workshops, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Harmonize Finance & Controlling processes by balancing business requirements with SAP S/4HANA standards and scalable best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional rollout activities and manage dependencies across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT
- Build and leverage a global Siemens Energy transformation network to share best practices and accelerate implementation success
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives to ensure organizational readiness and sustainable adoption
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling, including leading complex implementation and business transformation programs
- Strong expertise in Record-to-Report, Project Controlling, Product Costing, Manufacturing Controlling, and Financial Closing
- Solid understanding of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business processes and end-to-end value flows across project execution and manufacturing
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and leadership skills with experience aligning global cross-functional teams
- Fluency in German and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
