About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will lead electromagnetic design and calculation activities for epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers with high-voltage foil winding structures, delivering robust technical solutions for products up to 40.5kV and 25MVA. From core and winding design to impedance, losses, temperature rise, short-circuit force verification, insulation coordination, and noise calculations, your expertise will directly influence product performance and reliability. You will also help drive digital transformation through the development of advanced calculation methods, engineering databases, and design automation tools while collaborating on global projects and technical innovation initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including quotation, order entry, execution tracking, shipment, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection.
- Lead order management activities for projects from initiation to execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, collaborating with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to resolve order-related issues.
- Monitor order progress, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery and data accuracy.
- Follow up accounts receivable and customer payments and prepare regular business and operational reports.
- Support customer visits, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and other project-related coordination activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of order management processes to enhance operational efficiency and provide guidance and support to team members.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Electrical Engineering background is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex projects, processes, and order activities with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and handle urgent situations.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to use English as a working language.
