- Defines and implements superior and cross functional EHS standards, principles and guidelines.
- Govern HSE performance based on organizational/ country/ local industrial/ contractual/ customer’s requirements, regulations.
- Lead HSE behaviors in Onshore/ Offshore business including contractors.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure availability of HSE related documentation for auditing/ Inspection purposes.
- Focus on HSE technology, provide professional HSE advice/ support for business contract HSE documentation review and operation management.
- Define/review Risk assessment for business/operations, especially for non-routine/ retrofits activities.
- Work together with operation team, draft specific preventive measures for high-risk activities and support Operation & HSE Country officer for business requests.
- Lead occupational health management including job occupational risk analysis, occupational health check-up and monitoring, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor the electrical safety program including control of hazard energy, LOTO management and implementation.
- Lead the chemical/substance safety including importing legal compliance, storage, transportation, using and waste handling etc.
- Lead the working at height safety including rescue, rope access, etc.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc site inspections to verify that Safe System of Work and Setting to Work process are properly implemented at workplace.
- Recognize positive EQS behaviors and action that had been implemented or planned at service site.
- Stop work whenever find unsafe conditions or unsafe act that harm HSE of workers.
- Facilitate and support #HomeSafe and customer initiative, i.e. ZeroHarm, forums / workshops and develop a continual cultural improvement programe.
- Proposes function or unit related budgets, and decides on targets, budget and resource allocation, within given limits.
- Work closely with country HSE officer for BU assigned tasks.
What You Bring

- Previous EHS experience in an operational/engineering environment, ideally gained within a power service or other heavily regulated industry
- Demonstrable experience of providing pragmatic EHS guidance and problem-solving ability
- Demonstrable experience of working in a demanding, high performance work environment and team-oriented collaborative culture
- Experience of dealing with regulatory bodies
- Ability to take control of a situation and manage unplanned events
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, manage expectations & perceptions with internal and external stakeholders
- Be fully computer literate with mainstream software packages
- Willingness to travel
