A Snapshot of Your Day

On a day-to-day basis, you will work with the Supplier Quality Management and Procurement teams to ensure that suppliers are onboarded correctly and ready for business. Assist with the execution and coordination of operational procurement activities to ensure the timely, compliant, and cost-effective supply of materials and services. You will help protect safety, quality, delivery and total cost while providing a responsive, customer-oriented procurement service whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant supplier evaluation areas.


How You’ll Make an difference

  • Coordinate supplier qualification and requalification activities, ensuring questionnaires, certificates and approvals are completed on time
  • Maintain accurate supplier quality master data, contact records, approval status and supporting documentation across relevant systems being the champion for the relevant systems within Procurement Europe
  • Monitor expiry dates for supplier certifications, audits, concessions and quality documentation, proactively following up on renewals
  • Administer supplier audit schedules, including invitations, agendas, document requests, action logs and closure evidence
  • Follow up with suppliers and internal owners on overdue corrective actions, escalating risks in line with agreed governance
  • Support the preparation and administration of supplier quality reviews and performance meetings, including minutes and action tracking
  • Verify that required quality documentation is complete and available before supplier approval
  • Maintain document control and retention standards for supplier quality records, ensuring traceability and audit readiness
  • Support the preparation of evidence for internal, customer and regulatory audits
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine supplier quality administration queries and route technical quality matters to the appropriate SQM specialist
  • Support the operational procurement team with sourcing activities as needed (RFQs, quote evaluation, supplier amendments) and ensure handover from sourcing to operations is complete and documented
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies maintaining a clear audit trail
  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization (e.g., automation, dashboards, AI-enabled insights) to improve order execution, transparency and supplier performance

What You Bring

  • Excellent administration, organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-3 working experience in a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and follow-up actions
  • Supplier qualification and understanding of quality certificates, audit records and compliance documentation would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP and supplier-management systems would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of procurement, manufacturing and supplier quality processes
  • English proficiency; additional European languages would be advantageous
