A Snapshot of Your Day

As Cluster HR Manager for Adriatic, you will be the senior HR partner for business and country leadership across a diverse, multi-country environment. You will connect business priorities with people strategy, provide trusted advice on complex organizational and employee matters, and ensure consistent, compliant and effective HR practices across the cluster.

No two days will be the same. You may advise a senior leader on an organizational change, coordinate a sensitive employee relations matter across local stakeholders, review workforce and talent priorities, or help translate a global HR initiative into an approach that works effectively in each country.

This is a role for an experienced HR leader who combines sound judgement and employment relations expertise with business acumen, pragmatism and the ability to create alignment across organizational and geographical boundaries.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Act as a trusted strategic HR partner to business and country leaders, translating business priorities into practical people and organizational actions.
  • Provide cluster-wide HR governance and help ensure consistent, compliant and business-focused people practice across the Adriatic countries and Bulgaria.
  • Advise and coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, performance, talent, succession, engagement and culture.
  • Lead or coordinate complex employee and labor relations matters, including organizational changes, performance concerns, employment decisions and consultations with employee representatives or social partners.
  • Anticipate people-related risks, assess available options and provide leaders with clear, balanced and commercially sound recommendations.
  • Enable business transformation, including organizational restructuring, workforce changes, integration activities and other significant business transitions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, People Operations and other HR expert teams to deliver integrated employee and manager experience.
  • Identify critical talent and capability needs and support succession planning, leadership development, internal mobility and high-potential employee development.
  • Champion global and regional HR programs by clearly articulating their business value and adapting implementation to the needs and legal context of individual countries.
  • Drive continuous improvement, simplification and standardization of HR processes while protecting necessary local legal and business requirements.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across countries, Business Areas, legal entities and HR teams, without relying on direct authority

What You Bring

  • Experience in a senior HR Business Partner, Country HR or comparable strategic HR role within an international and matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior business leaders and influencing decisions in complex, ambiguous or sensitive situations.
  • Strong employee and labor relations expertise, including practical experience with organizational change, performance management, employment matters and consultations with social partners or employee representatives.
  • Experience operating across more than one country, legal entity or business environment, with an ability to balance common standards with local requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect workforce decisions with operational priorities, organizational capability, cost and business outcomes.
  • A proven record of leading change and translating strategy into disciplined implementation.
  • Sound judgement, personal integrity and the confidence to challenge constructively when people, legal, reputational or organizational risks need to be addressed.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in a relevant local language is strongly preferred.
