About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Operator, where you will play a crucial role by receiving and verifying incoming materials, updating inventory records, and organizing stock within the warehouse. Throughout the shift, I prepare, label, package, and distribute materials to support production, while using warehouse systems to track inventory and transactions accurately. You will also perform cycle counts, monitor for missing inventory, safely move materials using handling equipment, and maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities, part numbers, and product details against shipping and receiving documentation.
- Label, package, store, and organize materials within designated warehouse locations while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability.
- Pick parts and materials for production orders and accurately release inventory to production to support manufacturing schedules.
- Process goods receipts, inventory transactions, material movements, and production-related transactions using warehouse management and inventory control systems.
- Safely operate material-handling equipment to move goods throughout the facility, perform cycle counts and inventory audits, report inventory discrepancies, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work

What You Bring
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing support (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and safely handle cumbersome materials.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with the ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
