A Snapshot of Your Day
You work closely with project teams, document controllers, and stakeholders across multiple component supply projects within the Gas Services division. Your day includes managing project documentation and data, monitoring document status and project performance, supporting users of documentation tools, and ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and compliant. You also provide guidance on documentation best practices, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain continuity of critical project information management expertise across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Ownership of project documentation and information governance, ensuring data integrity, version control, accessibility, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
  • Management of project information standards, documentation compliance, and maintenance of the Master Document List to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Administration and optimization of project documentation and correspondence management tools, including workflow integration between documentation and project management systems
  • Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of project documentation status and performance metrics for leadership and stakeholder groups across multiple projects
  • Provision of expert guidance, training, and mentoring on project documentation methodologies, data management practices, and tool usage
  • Leadership and contribution to process improvement initiatives, operational efficiency enhancements, knowledge sharing, and development of less experienced professionals
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Significant professional experience in Project Information Management, including independent management of documentation and data in complex international environments
  • Advanced knowledge of project documentation methodologies, document control principles, and project data management practices
  • Expertise in project and process management, stakeholder management, workflow management, project scoping, scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with documentation and project management tools such as Fabasphere, PMpro or IRSR, Correspondence Management Tools, and related data management systems
  • Strong critical thinking, collaboration, accountability, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects with limited supervision and support other professionals
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
