About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As an AI Adoption & Enablement Graduate, you will work closely with the DC HUB AI Lead to bring AI into daily business operations.
Your day will be hands-on and people-facing: supporting AI training sessions, helping colleagues build real AI-powered solutions, and accelerating business teams to work smarter with AI—safely, responsibly, and at scale.
You will play a key role in turning AI strategy into reality, supporting employees across functions to learn, build, and deliver AI use cases that matter.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support AI awareness and training sessions (preparation, delivery, follow-ups)
- Coach employees during hands-on AI workshops and practical labs
- Help build and implement simple AI use cases (automation, copilots, prompt-based solutions, no-code/low-code)
- Support business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, quality, or productivity
- Maintain and update the AI use case pipeline, registry, and learning materials
- Act as a first-line AI support contact for employees adopting AI tools
- Collaborate with AI Champions and the Regional Expert Circle on scaling solutions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or final-year student) in: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar
- Strong interest and passion for Artificial Intelligence
- Practical exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools,n8n)
- Curiosity and confidence to experiment, build, and learn by doing
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly way
- Comfortable working with people from different functions and backgrounds
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-evolving AI environment
