- Strengthen the control environment across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory processes
- Partner with operational leaders to improve efficiency, resilience, and risk management across the value chain
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate key controls
- Support manufacturing and supply chain transformation initiatives through effective control design
- Use analytics and continuous monitoring to provide actionable insights into operational risks
- Drive improvements in inventory integrity, supplier governance, and process performance
- Collaborate with global process owners to implement scalable and sustainable control solutions
- Enable business performance while maintaining a strong and efficient risk management framework
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Internal Controls, Operational Risk, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Internal Audit
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, manufacturing operations, and related controls
- Experience with ERP-enabled business processes and operational transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience leveraging data analytics and automation to improve risk management and control effectivenes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent English is required
