- Help strengthen a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible business conduct
- Partner with Compliance, HR, Sustainability, and Governance leaders to manage key organizational risks
- Enhance control effectiveness across people processes, compliance programs, and governance activities
- Support sustainability and ESG objectives through scalable and sustainable control frameworks
- Drive process improvements and data-enabled assurance across non-financial risk areas
- Identify emerging risks and help embed controls into critical business processes and initiatives
- Promote consistency, transparency, and effective governance across the organization
- Enable business growth while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Law, Sustainability, Compliance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Governance, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or HR-related functions
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, people processes, ethics, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or non-financial reporting frameworks is advantageous
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to balance business needs with governance and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills
- Fluent English is required
