A Snapshot of Your Day
As Head of Internal Controls - Compliance, People & Sustainability, you will help strengthen the foundations of a responsible and sustainable business. Partnering with Compliance, HR, Legal, and Sustainability leaders, you will oversee controls relating to governance, ethics, people processes, and sustainability objectives. Your focus will be on embedding effective and scalable controls into critical business processes, supporting regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. We are building a future-ready Internal Controls organization. We are looking for leaders who move beyond traditional control testing and act as strategic partners in risk mitigation, process excellence, digital transformation, and business performance. This role reports to the head of Internal Controls.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Help strengthen a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible business conduct
  • Partner with Compliance, HR, Sustainability, and Governance leaders to manage key organizational risks
  • Enhance control effectiveness across people processes, compliance programs, and governance activities
  • Support sustainability and ESG objectives through scalable and sustainable control frameworks
  • Drive process improvements and data-enabled assurance across non-financial risk areas
  • Identify emerging risks and help embed controls into critical business processes and initiatives
  • Promote consistency, transparency, and effective governance across the organization
  • Enable business growth while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Law, Sustainability, Compliance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Governance, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or HR-related functions
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, people processes, ethics, and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or non-financial reporting frameworks is advantageous
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to balance business needs with governance and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills
  • Fluent English is required
