A Snapshot of Your Day
As HR Business Partner at Siemens Gamesa, you will play a central role in shaping and driving the People Agenda within our Wind Power Business. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders, partnering closely with leadership teams to translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational capabilities, enable transformation, and drive sustainable performance. You will lead the People Agenda for your dedicated business area, providing expert guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and complex employee relations matters. You will work closely with a small, experienced HRBP team and collaborate with local and global stakeholders in a matrix environment. Your focus will be on creating strategic business impact, while operational HR administration tasks are increasingly supported through our Shared Services functions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
In this HR Business Partner position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the People Agenda for your designated area. By collaborating closely with leaders, you will translate business priorities into actionable people strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to local and international managers with employees based in Denmark, providing guidance on organizational and people topics across the hire-to-retire cycle.
- Supporting leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, transformation activities, and team effectiveness, ensuring people solutions are aligned with business needs.
- Driving and advising on key HR priorities such as Talent Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and succession-related discussions.
- Participating in and, where relevant, drive HR projects, programs, and initiatives, including preparing and facilitating workshops for leadership teams.
- Using people data and insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and continuously improve HR processes and organizational outcomes.
- Supporting complex employee relations matters, including performance, absence, policy counselling in collaboration with relevant HR and legal stakeholders when needed.
- Acting as an ambassador for Siemens Gamesa’s People Culture, supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization.
What You Bring
- A relevant university degree within Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field, combined with solid professional experience within HR.
- +7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably from a complex, international, or matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of Danish labour law and sound experience advising managers on employee relations matters.
- Proven ability to partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into practical, impactful people solutions, leveraging experience in key HR disciplines such as talent management, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and change activities.
- Good analytical skills with a track record of using HR data and insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and improve processes, along with experience contributing to HR projects, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

The team serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across Siemens Gamesa and works in close partnership with Centers of Excellence, HR Advisory, Shared Services, and business stakeholders.
Together, the team focuses on organizational effectiveness, talent and leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and transformation initiatives that support Siemens Gamesa's long-term business ambitions.
