- Partner with business leaders to strengthen risk management and control effectiveness across the commercial and project lifecycle
- Drive a proactive and business-focused control environment across Order-to-Cash and project execution processes
- Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and project-related risks before they impact business performance
- Support major transformation initiatives by embedding controls into end-to-end processes and digital solutions
- Leverage data analytics and continuous monitoring to enhance assurance and decision-making
- Collaborate with process owners, risk managers, and Internal Audit teams to deliver integrated assurance
- Promote automation and simplification of controls to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Help improve project outcomes, operational performance, and sustainable business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Internal Controls, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Project Controls, or commercial operations
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, project governance, contract management, and risk management
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across complex global organizations
- Proven track record of driving transformation, process improvement, and control automation initiatives
- Knowledge of data analytics, continuous monitoring, and digital assurance concepts
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous
- Fluent English is required
