- Safeguard the integrity and reliability of financial reporting processes across the organization
- Lead the continuous enhancement of the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework
- Partner with Finance leadership to strengthen governance, transparency, and compliance
- Drive standardization and automation of key financial controls and monitoring activities
- Utilize data-driven assurance techniques to improve risk identification and control effectiveness
- Support strategic initiatives while maintaining robust financial risk management practices
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Audit, and Digital teams to deliver integrated assurance
- Promote a culture of accountability, control ownership, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Controls, ICFR, Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, or Controllership functions
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes, accounting principles, governance, and control frameworks
- Experience with Treasury, Tax, Record-to-Report, and financial close processes
- Proven ability to drive automation and process improvements in finance environments
- Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills as well as excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CIA, or similar professional qualification preferred
- Fluent English is required
