About the Role
- Define and execute Siemens Energy's Continuous Assurance strategy, establishing a scalable and sustainable monitoring framework across key business processes
- Lead the development and deployment of data-driven assurance solutions that provide real-time visibility into risks, controls, and process performance
- Partner with Internal Controls, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management to create an integrated assurance ecosystem and eliminate duplication of effort
- Collaborate with business, process, and digital teams to identify high-value monitoring opportunities and translate risk scenarios into actionable analytics
- Drive the adoption of automation, advanced analytics, and continuous control monitoring to enhance assurance coverage and efficiency
- Provide timely insights into emerging risks, control deficiencies, and process weaknesses, enabling proactive management action
- Establish governance, methodologies, and performance metrics for Continuous Assurance, ensuring consistency, scalability, and business relevance
- Build and develop a high-performing team of analytics, assurance, and risk professionals capable of supporting Siemens Energy's digital transformation journey
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in Continuous Assurance, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related assurance function
- Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, audit methodologies, and assurance frameworks
- Proven experience leading analytics, continuous monitoring, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within large and complex organizations
- Experience working with ERP platforms, data analytics technologies, visualization tools, and automated monitoring solutions
- Ability to translate business risks and control requirements into practical, scalable analytics and monitoring solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous
