About the Role
Location: ERL S SP 9 Mode of Employment: Part-time / Fixed Term A Snapshot of Your Day Every day is different! In this role, you will provide central support to the entire Global HR team, from our Global HR Business Partners and Excellence & Projects (EP) initiatives to the GS HR VP. You will gain broad exposure to international HR practices and business operations while acting as a reliable, hands-on partner across daily administration, reporting, data analysis, and projects. You will collaborate with colleagues across different countries and functions on a wide variety of topics. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a structured and reliable way of working, and a genuine interest in HR. Excellent communication skills in both English and German, together with the ability to work independently as well as part of a global team, are essential. How You’ll Make an Impact - Administrative support for Global HR Business Partners, the Excellence & Projects (EP) team, and the GS HR VP
- Coordination and support of Excellence & Projects (EP) and cross-functional HR initiatives
- Preparation and consolidation of HR reports, dashboards, and data analyses
- Support of organizational change initiatives through data management and stakeholder coordination
- Preparation of management meetings, workshops, and executive-level presentations
- Support of talent and people development activities, including succession planning, workforce management, and general HR administration
What You Bring - Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- Initial experience in Human Resources and project management
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills combined with a high level of initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Affinity for AI, digital tools, and process automation with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
- Fluency in German and English, coupled with a reliable, results-oriented, flexible, and team-oriented working style within a global environment

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
