About the Role
A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the plant’s instrumentation and control (I&C) systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will support plant performance through preventive maintenance, system monitoring, compliance with safety standards, and the timely resolution of technical issues across all phases of operation.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation, control systems (DCS/PLC), and associated equipment to ensure reliable plant operations.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with control loops, sensors, actuators, and communication networks to minimize downtime and maintain system performance.
- Calibrate, test, install, and support the commissioning or modification of I&C systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with operational requirements.
- Monitor I&C system performance, provide technical support to operations teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records while ensuring full compliance with safety procedures, work permit requirements, and environmental regulations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Control Systems or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation and control (I&C) maintenance within power generation, utilities, or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting control systems (DCS/PLC), instrumentation, electrical equipment, switchgear, and steam turbine-related systems.
- Proven ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, calibration, testing, and system optimization to ensure operational reliability.
- Solid understanding of safety standards, quality control, record keeping, and plant operational procedures, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
