About the Role
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform basic and detailed design of gas turbine, generator, and storage piping systems in accordance with ASME and DIN standards for both R&D activities and customer projects.
- Take responsibility for hardware delivery within customer projects, including cost and quality reviews.
- Coordinate with interface partners to obtain input data and ensure fulfillment of system requirements.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the 3D engineering team in Gurgaon, India.
- Conduct design reviews and clash checks of relevant piping systems within the overall 3D model using OpenPlant.
- Identify and implement cost reduction measures and perform final inspections at supplier facilities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Know - how in piping design and stress analysis.
- Experience in plant engineering and the use of CAD tools.
- Analytical mindset and a structured, systematic working approach.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility, result orientation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Openness to new technologies and innovative ways of working.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
