A Snapshot of Your Day As a Civil Site Manager, you oversee all civil and structural construction activities on national and international power plant sites. Your day involves coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers, monitoring progress against schedule, budget, and quality targets, and ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards for health, safety, environment, and quality. You work closely with engineering teams, customers, and other project stakeholders, serving as the central point of contact to support efficient project execution and resolve technical, logistical, and operational challenges on site. How You’ll Make an Impact - Responsibility for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all civil and structural construction activities in line with schedule, cost, and quality requirements
- Leadership and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure safe and efficient site operations
- Identification, analysis, and resolution of technical, logistical, and workforce-related challenges during project execution
- Oversight of the proper execution of foundations, structural steel, buildings, and infrastructure works
- Review and implementation of construction and engineering documentation, including collaboration on construction sequencing, scheduling, and resource planning
- Responsibility for compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including documentation, progress reporting, inspections, and quality control
What You Bring - Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience leading large-scale construction and industrial projects as well as multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of construction and project management, site execution, and civil engineering planning and engineering processes
- Proven ability in coordinating workflows, resources, quality assurance activities, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in root cause analysis, problem solving, and decision making
- Excellent German language skills and strong communication, influencing, and leadership capabilities
