A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Lead AI Validation Engineer, you will lead the transformation of manual testing processes into an AI-enabled automation framework for validating Operational Technology (OT) applications. Working within the Integration, Testing, and Release organization, you will collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to drive quality, automation, and continuous delivery.

Your role will combine test architecture, automation development, and technical leadership to ensure reliable, scalable, and intelligent testing solutions across the software lifecycle.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and implement an AI-powered test automation strategy, enabling the transition from manual testing to automated validation.
  • Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
  • Evaluate and leverage AI/ML technologies for intelligent test generation, anomaly detection, and test result analysis.
  • Lead troubleshooting, defect analysis, and root cause investigations across complex integrated environments.
  • Mentor junior engineers, drive testing best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality and automation processes.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in Software Test Engineering with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proven experience designing and building test automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Strong expertise in Test Automation, Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Python (nice to have Ruby), CI/CD, DevOps practices, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and API testing.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in intelligent test automation and validation.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and integrating testing into modern software delivery pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience mentoring technical teams.

You will be part of the Integration, Testing, and Release organization responsible for ensuring software quality, stability, and deployment readiness across critical Operational Technology solutions. The team is driving a significant transformation toward AI-powered testing and automation, enabling faster releases and improved product quality.
