About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day:
As a Project Controls & Scheduling Professional you will support the planning, development, and execution of project schedules to keep key milestones and deliverables on track. You'll collaborate with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate activities and maintain schedule accuracy. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, evaluating schedule and budget risks, managing changes, and supporting resource planning. You'll also analyze project data, resolve scheduling challenges, and provide insights to support decision-making. Additionally, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while independently addressing complex project issues to help ensure successful project delivery.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, milestones, deliverables, and contractual requirements from project kickoff through commercial operation.
- Lead project kickoff and baseline meetings, securing cross-functional stakeholder commitments and aligning teams on key project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify schedule risks, opportunities, and project impacts, providing actionable insights and customized reporting to support project decision-making.
- Support change management activities, including scope additions, data corrections, and schedule updates.
- Participate in system testing and implementation activities to support process and tool enhancements.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and project execution excellence.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, advanced degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of successful project management experience leading large, complex projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, and IDEA/PMPro (or similar project management and reporting tools).
- PMI/PMP certification is preferred; up to 10% travel may be required.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
