This position is an addition to the Digital Grid finance team, created to support sustained business growth in Latin America. The role is critical for strengthening financial steering, performance management, and internal controls to ensure the business can scale effectively and maintain profitable growth. To achieve these objectives, this role focuses on three core areas: advanced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for strategic forecasting, comprehensive Performance Management & Reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership, and robust Internal Controls & Process Improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance. These areas directly address the need for scalable financial governance as the business expands. Given the focus on expert-level financial oversight, the ideal candidate will be a Specialist Professional with significant experience in financial analysis, modeling, and corporate finance. Proficiency in SAP and BI tools, coupled with a strong understanding of internal control frameworks and the ability to manage complex projects with limited oversight, will be essential for success in this role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and manage short- and long-term financial plans, forecasts, and budgets for the Digital Grid business in Americas.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis of profitability, costs, revenues, working capital, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain financial models that evaluate business performance and assess the impact of new initiatives and market conditions.
• Lead financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, providing actionable insights to management.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and governance requirements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• +8 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controlling, or corporate finance within a multinational organization.
• Proven experience managing complex financial analyses, forecasting processes, and performance management activities with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and financial reporting systems.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in Business Intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with advanced English proficiency.
