- Lead the investigation and resolution of supplier non-conformances using structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing quality data, improving manufacturing processes, enhancing process capability, and supporting yield improvements across suppliers.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to suppliers and internal teams, embedding best practice in supplier quality, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems.
- Build strong relationships with global suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting new supplier approvals, new product introductions, and strategic supplier development activities.
What You Bring

- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, ISO 9001, AS9100, and supplier auditing techniques.
- Experience leading supplier development activities, technical surveillance audits, process qualifications, and continuous improvement programmes across a global supply chain.
- Excellent analytical, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
- A proactive, structured, and positive approach with a willingness to travel internationally to support suppliers and business requirements.
