About the Role

- Program wide quality governance & alignment: Support and enforce the S4E Quality Management Framework across rollouts and factories, ensuring consistent application of quality gates, acceptance criteria, definition of done, and documentation.
- Quality gate & milestone readiness management: Coordinate and track quality gate readiness along PM milestones including completeness of deliverables, closure of open points, and preparedness for formal gate reviews and sign offs.
- Audit readiness & evidence management: Ensure continuous audit readiness by coordinating structured evidence collection, validation, storage, and traceability, and by supporting internal and external audits in line with IDW PS 850 / ISO based quality standards.
- Integrated planning linkage: Align quality activities with the Integrated Program Plan (IPP), ensuring that quality gates, audits and acceptance steps are embedded into program planning, rather than treated as downstream or standalone activities.
- Issue, deviation & compliance tracking: Track quality related risks, deviations, and non conformities at program level; ensure transparent escalation, mitigation tracking, and management reporting in close alignment with Program leadership and Program Risk Management.
- Extensive experience in quality management, audit support, PMO, or governance roles within large scale IT or ERP transformation programs
- Proven exposure to SAP S/4HANA programs, preferably in regulated or audit intensive environments
- Solid understanding of quality management frameworks, quality gates, and audit principles (e.g. ISO 9001, internal IT audits, IDW PS 850 or comparable standards)
- Experience working with program level planning and governance models (IPP, milestone driven delivery, gated controls)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple factories and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with PMO, factory leads, quality teams, and auditors
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable field
