We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Electrical Global Commodity Team within the Aftermarket Global Supply Chain Management organization at Siemens Gamesa. As a global team, we are responsible for the strategic sourcing of electrical components that support Siemens Gamesa's aftermarket business worldwide. If you are interested in collaborating with suppliers across the globe, learning how procurement operates in an international organization, or exploring a future career in Supply Chain Management, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience.
A snapshot of your day can be described as: communicating with suppliers and managing requests for quotations, comparing supplier proposals and analyzing product costs, supporting sourcing and procurement initiatives, preparing and maintaining team KPIs for management reviews and much more.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will create, track and report the KPIs of the procurement team monthly
- You will support with sourcing processes (request for quotations, e-auctions) and prepare the Total Cost Overview analysis for awarding decisions
- You will perform materials price analysis and price uploads in SAP Ariba
- You will register new suppliers in SAP Ariba and ensure supplier qualification
- Conduct supplier and market screenings
What You Bring
- Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Proficient in MS Office for Excel & report, presentation, datasheet creation
- You are a user of Copilot and know how to best use it to ease your work
- Highly motivated and self-driven with attention to detail and analytical skills
- Well-structured, excellent communication & coordination skills
- Excellent business fluency in English (verbal and written)
