We are seeking a skilled and experienced District Service Manager to support a key nuclear industry customer account and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service and operational performance. This role combines strategic account management, field service leadership, and operational oversight, with responsibility for maintaining strong customer relationships, leading a team of technical professionals, and driving business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive nuclear field service experience, proven leadership capabilities, and strong commercial acumen, along with a demonstrated ability to manage complex customer environments and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary customer contact for a key nuclear account, building trusted relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting a seamless transition of account responsibilities.
- Drive account growth by identifying service, product, and equipment upgrade opportunities that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee the planning and execution of field service activities, including equipment installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.
- Manage district operations and financial performance, including budgeting, resource planning, revenue growth, cost control, and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards while driving continuous process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of field service engineering experience, including significant experience supporting the nuclear power industry.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing experienced technical professionals in a service or engineering environment.
- Proven success managing strategic customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and serving as a trusted customer partner.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including influencing, team building, accountability, collaboration, and customer relationship management.
- Technical expertise in systems, mechanical and/or electrical engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to travel as needed to customer sites to support service operations, project activities, and customer engagement.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
