About the Role
| A Snapshot of Your Day As a Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing detailed outage and maintenance plans that support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. You will work closely with operations, maintenance, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure all resources, materials, schedules, and activities are properly planned and executed. Your role is critical in minimizing downtime, optimizing plant availability, and ensuring successful outage execution. How You’ll Make an Impact · Develop, coordinate, and monitor detailed outage and maintenance plans to support planned and unplanned plant activities. · Estimate resource requirements, including labor, materials, tools, equipment, and budget needs to support outage execution. · Track outage progress and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet project milestones. · Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and support teams to communicate schedules, priorities, and planning updates. · Utilize computerized plant management systems and planning tools to develop schedules, track activities, and support reporting requirements. · Ensure compliance with plant procedures, internal processes, and planning standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in a similar industrial environment. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in planning, scheduling, maintenance coordination, or project support within industrial plants. · Knowledge of maintenance, outage planning, and industrial plant operations. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and planning software such as MS Project and/or Primavera. · Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Professional working proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively within diverse and multicultural teams.
