A Snapshot of Your Day

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will join the Middle East Legal Team as the counsel responsible for providing corporate and transactional legal support for Siemens Energy’s activities in Egypt. You will report to the General Counsel, Middle East & Africa.

The Middle East Legal Team operates on a trust-based model, giving team members a high degree of responsibility and accountability. The team supports corporate and transactional legal matters across the Middle East. With personal ownership, this structure enables individual development and, where available, opportunities to demonstrate leadership.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage legal support for Siemens Energy’s activities in Egypt and provide required corporate legal advice.
• Administer the corporate governance function, including board meetings, Annual General Assemblies and related matters, and act as company secretary to the board.
• Work closely with other corporate functions including HR and support them on a variety of legal matters.
• Review and comment on tenders, contracts and related documents, and provide proactive legal advice.
• Participate in contract negotiations and support the development and implementation of negotiation strategies.
• Support routine legal matters and ensure compliance with internal guidelines, processes and external regulations. Support claims management.
• Contribute to contract standardization and process improvement. Develop and deliver legal training for business partners.
• Work closely with the global Legal community and Compliance Organization.

What You Bring

• You have 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
• You demonstrate Siemens Energy’s values and behaviors.
• You are eager and able to contribute to a flexible, dynamic team.
