The Scrum Master / Agile Coach position is established for business continuity within the Digital Finance Program Management team. The primary objective is to ensure that strategic projects within the finance domain continue to be executed efficiently using established agile methodologies. To support this objective, the role is structured around three core areas: Agile Framework Implementation & Coaching, which involves guiding development teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies; Product Backlog & Sprint Management, focused on refinement and planning; and Stakeholder Management & Reporting, which ensures transparency and alignment with business partners. Given the focus on agile project execution, the ideal candidate will possess experience as a Scrum Master, an understanding of agile principles, and proven coaching abilities. A relevant certification, such as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), is considered essential for this role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Guide the team in sprint goal definition, planning, and estimation to ensure realistic commitments.
• Track and manage sprint progress using tools like JIRA to maintain a clear and transparent workflow.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Identify and remove impediments or obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Act as a servant-leader, protecting the team from external distractions and interruptions.
• Manage dependencies and facilitate communication between the development team and other business units, including Data, BI, and Corporate Reporting.
• Promote agile adoption and understanding across the wider Digital Finance organization.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a corporate finance or digital transformation context.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and coaching teams at a professional level.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery practices, including the use of JIRA, workflow management, risk management, and project scoping to support effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Effective coaching and collaboration skills, including coaching and mentoring, influencing abilities, stakeholder management, collaboration, and critical thinking to support team development, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive successful business outcomes.
• The role requires Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification, demonstrating knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and the ability to facilitate effective team collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
