As Commercial Project Manager you will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle - from project handover to final close-out. You ensure financial transparency, profitability, cash flow optimization, contractual compliance, risk management, and timely execution while partnering closely with the Project Manager to achieve the project’s business objectives

How You'll Make an Impact

• Own the complete commercial and financial execution of assigned projects from handover through final close-out, taking accountability for profitability, revenue recognition and cost control.
• Build accurate project forecasts and budgets, deliver timely and transparent financial reporting, and translate financial data into clear insight
• Optimize project cash flow and working capital by managing customer invoicing, milestone billing, and collections
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks while actively pursuing opportunities that improve margin, protect the project's position, and strengthen the commercial outcome.
• Administer project contracts end to end, managing change orders, claims, variations, and contractual correspondence with customers, consortium partners, and suppliers.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, financial controls, and governance requirements, while supporting project reviews and audits.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial project management, project finance, or controlling, ideally gained within EPC, energy, power transmission, infrastructure, or industrial project environments.
• Practical experience managing fixed-price and milestone-based contracts, including the forecasting, billing, and risk considerations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office -particularly Excel and PowerPoint - combined with hands-on experience in SAP ERP and working familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Project.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, paired with excellent communication and negotiation skills
