You are part of our global Cybersecurity Training & Awareness team, where you take ownership of how cybersecurity learning reaches our colleagues, whether they spend their day on a factory floor, in an office, keeping our sites running, or leading a global business area.

Together with another Digital Learning Specialist already in the team, you shape, build and deliver the learning experiences that turn cybersecurity from a regulatory topic into something our colleagues can understand and apply in their daily work.

Your flagship is the Annual Cybersecurity Training, which every Siemens Energy employee completes each year. Beyond that, you design role-based trainings, build interactive learning formats and workshops, and help keep our learning platforms running smoothly. You combine didactical thinking with hands-on production and make sure our learning content is both technically sound and engaging.

How You’ll Make a difference

• Conceptualize, design and produce digital learning measures (WBTs, microlearning, blended formats) for a global and diverse workforce
• Develop role-based training journeys for varying target groups (e.g., all employees, IT asset owners, developers, management) together with your team
• Help administer our learning ecosystem with our company-wide LMS as our core platform, complemented by specialized tools for hands-on cyber skills and phishing simulations
• Translate cybersecurity content from subject-matter experts into didactically sound, learner-friendly formats
• Represent learning topics towards internal stakeholders, including presentations to the works council
• Continuously improve learning content based on feedback, reporting insights and changing cybersecurity requirements
• Work closely with the T&A team to ensure a consistent learning and awareness experience

What You Bring

• 3+ years of practical experience in corporate learning, instructional design or a comparable role
• Hands-on experience with modern e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
• Solid understanding of didactical concepts and adult learning principles, with the ability to apply them to digital formats
• A technical or IT-related background, or proven experience translating technical topics into accessible learning content
• Confident working with a learning management system, ideally with experience in SABA Cornerstone or a comparable platform
• Good communication skills and the ability to present learning topics to varied audiences, including stakeholders such as the works council
• A genuine interest in cybersecurity and the motivation to build up topic knowledge over time
• Fluent English, German would be an advantage
• Background in cybersecurity or IT security (e.g., from a previous role, study focus or certifications)
• A good eye for creating visually clear and engaging learning materials across digital formats
• Experience contributing to large-scale, recurring training programs in a global organization
• Understanding of how to design learning for non-desk audiences, such as shopfloor or facility teams
