How You’ll Make an Impact
•Manage the lifecycle of production orders, including order creation, release, tracking, and closure, ensuring accurate order execution and on-time delivery.
•Develop and maintain production plans through APS (Advanced planning system), monitor production progress, and support production execution by coordinating changes in demand, priorities, and operational requirements.
•Serve as a key user for SAP, APS, and MES systems, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and effective system utilization across planning-related activities.
•Participate in manufacturing digitalization initiatives, including system implementation, process standardization, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and continuous system improvements.
•Analyze planning and operational data, identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reports, and KPI analysis.
•Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize planning processes and improve end-to-end operational efficiency.
What You Bring
•Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production Planning, Order Management, Production Control, Supply Chain Operations, or manufacturing digitalization projects.
•Familiarity with SAP business processes; experience with SAP PP, APS, or MES systems is preferred.
•Experience participating in digitalization, process optimization, SAP/MES implementation, data analytics, or business process improvement initiatives is highly preferred.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions.
•Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred
•Hands-on experience with SAP PP, MES, or APS systems.
•Experience as a Key User or Super User in ERP/MES projects.
•Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools.
•Participation in manufacturing digitalization, automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
