As a Global TA Enablement Program Manager, you will define and drive global Talent Acquisition enablement by establishing standards, delivering scalable learning solutions, and leading strategic process initiatives. In this role, you will ensure consistent, high-quality recruiting practices through effective governance, modern technology, change management, and data-driven insights.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for a comprehensive TA Academy for in-house, contractor, and RPO teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and manage enablement content, define and evolve recruiting roles and responsibilities, and oversee the creation and administration of training programs.
  • Support TA transformation initiatives through change management, driving the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Establish clear global guidelines and create targeted training for Hiring Managers to streamline recruitment and strengthen hiring capabilities.
  • Lead and manage global projects related to recruiting processes, including global onboarding and other process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall TA strategy.
  • Provide regular reporting on the effectiveness and impact of TA enablement initiatives, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex projects, with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Demonstrated capability to design, deliver, and scale enablement programs, academies, and certification frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in survey analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Change management expertise, including proven certification and hands-on experience in real transformation cases
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
