Join our team as a Team Assistant, where you will provide essential administrative, logistical, and organizational support to Country Management and various departments. Imagine facilitating smooth day-to-day operations by managing calendars, planning meetings, and ensuring effective communication. You will play a key role in onboarding new colleagues and maintaining a high level of service while adhering to confidentiality requirements. Your contributions will help create a collaborative and efficient work environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Country Management and departments, including coordination, follow-up, and reminders.
  • Manage calendars, plan meetings, prepare invitations, and book meeting rooms or video conferences, ensuring all relevant information is compiled and action items are followed up on.
  • Draft, proofread, format, and circulate documents such as letters, memos, presentations, and reports while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase requests and orders, ensuring logistics are managed effectively and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, contributing to team announcements and liaising with suppliers and partners.

What You Bring

  • Very good command of Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; willingness to work with AI.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • A service mindset with reliability, attention to detail, and discretion.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • A collaborative approach, openness to change, and a willingness to learn.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience
