A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Sales Manager, you will take ownership of sales activities for new-built power plants across Spain, driving opportunities in Control, Digitalization, and Electrical solutions. You will work closely with customers, EPCs, and internal stakeholders to identify new business, develop growth strategies, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. From lead generation to contract signing and handover, you will manage the full sales lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy processes. This is an exciting opportunity to shape future energy projects, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic market.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead sales activities for Spain’s new-built power plant sector, focusing on Control, Digitalization, and Electrical solutions opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Spanish market while securing and exceeding annual Order Entry and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and managing customer interactions through Salesforce.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation, signing, and handover to the delivery team.
  • Collaborate across Siemens Energy businesses and countries to develop customized customer solutions, support approval processes, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of sales experience, ideally within the power generation industry.
  • Experience working with end customers and EPC organizations, preferably related to control, digitalization, and electrical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Control Systems, Electrical Balance of Plant (BoP), and power generation markets.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate across multicultural teams, and travel within Spain.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.

The team delivers a broad portfolio of innovative technologies, services, and solutions supporting both centralized and decentralized energy production.
