How you’ll make an impact?

• Transforms training strategy into measurable results by owning the planning, coordination, and delivery of successful training programs, including onsite execution and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Measures, monitors, and reports the status of ongoing training programs, recommending improvement actions using the SE L.M.S platform.

• Acts as a reliable partner to stakeholders, reviewing and continuously optimizing the status and effectiveness of training workshops.

• Training and instructional design delivery: Supervises and reviews newly designed curricula and training materials based on needs analysis and global learning trends.

• Manages a team of training engineers and trainers; oversees performance, provides coaching, and ensures they have the tools and support needed to develop their skills and experience.

• Leads continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with process owners across the training center to implement enhancements.

What You Bring:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, (mechanical, electrical or electromechanical) or related fields.

• 7+ years of experience in the energy sector or technical operations.

• 5+ years of experience in training delivery, training operations, or adult learning environments.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels (technical, business, executive).

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Key Required Skills/ Experience

Previous experience in training operations or training management.

• In‑depth knowledge of gas and steam turbines — operation, maintenance, troubleshooting.

• Change management and communication skills.

• Analytical, problem‑solving, and systems thinking /Stakeholder management

Operation expertise — deep understanding of plant operations, turbine behavior, and performance indicators.

• Experience managing technical training teams.
