A Snapshot of Your Day
As Head of Finance (Linz)(/m/f/d), you lead and manage the Finance team of the Linz factory. Therefore, you are responsible for all financial topics related to our business in Linz in strict alignment and cooperation with the General Manager of the Linz factory and the other factories of the MPT Europe Cluster. You will manage a diverse team of ca. 15 persons.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Partner closely with the General Manager of the Linz factory and govern all financial and risk management aspects
- Ensure the accuracy and transparency of our books & records
- Actively drive the change and improve the processes, eg. reducing their complexity
- Strive for standardization, harmonization, and digitalization of finance processes in cooperation with the other factories of the cluster
- Ensure full transparency on all aspects of the business
- Support and decisively implement strategic decisions
- Smart and sustainable allocation of resources (e.g., CAPEX, Headcount, etc.)
- Be an inspiring role model of the SE Leadership Essentials and live the SE values & behaviors
- Develop and promote talents
What You Bring
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Finance, ideally in manufacturing business
- Reflective capabilities
- Adaptive leadership style and passion about people development and fostering an inclusive and diverse culture
- Intercultural sensitivity and effective networking and collaboration skills to apply in international team settings
- Courage to test new things and passion to drive transformation and change
- You are business fluent in English and German

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 84.028 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
