Join us in a pivotal role as a Sales Finance professional for the EMEA region, where you will drive operational efficiency and support business development initiatives. Imagine designing lean processes and coordinating bid strategies that enhance our commercial excellence. You will validate offers and manage contractual negotiations during both the offer and execution phases, ensuring that every detail aligns with our strategic goals. Your expertise will also play a crucial role in financial reporting and cost tracking, fostering collaboration across factories and regional units to strengthen our market presence and achieve sustainable growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design lean and efficient operational structures to ensure seamless collaboration across factories and countries.
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to develop competitive bid strategies and optimized business models.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence in EMEA.
- Proactively manage and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring compliance with business guidelines and legal considerations.
- Validate offer calculations for accuracy and provide clarity on commercial and contractual terms.
What You Bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales and/or Commercial project management; project management certification is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial processes.
- Analytical skills for validating offers and assessing commercial risks.
- Experience in complex customer negotiations and managing commercial aspects of projects.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop competitive bid strategies and business models.
- Excellent team and communication skills, with a proactive and independent working style.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM tools, and advanced Excel for cost tracking and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment; fluency in English is required, and additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
