The Markets & Business Development team (MBD) is supporting Offshore Sales with market and business intelligence and transforms market insights into actionable strategies, prioritizing the right opportunities, and enabling SGRE to win profitable projects in both existing and emerging offshore wind markets.
MBD is sitting in Global Sales Operations and consists of 8 team members across 6 markets and supports our Customer Sales teams and have markets assigned to dedicated market leads supported by local Business Developers that drive regional market relations with associations, industries, ministries and customers.
We continuously monitor markets, customers, competitors, policy developments, and project activity across offshore wind regions and closely collaborate with other Offshore, Wind Power and Siemens Energy stakeholders in the respective markets to get a holistic understanding.
