About the Role

- Lead and manage complex R&D projects in the field of synchronous condenser solutions with full responsibility for scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Define and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring transparency of progress and proactive management of risks, deviations, and changes
- Drive effective project governance, including milestone tracking, reporting, and structured decision-making processes
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment and guide cross-functional teams towards successful project execution
- Interface with key stakeholders across R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to ensure alignment with strategic portfolio objectives
- University degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering; a Mechanical Engineering degree may be considered only if combined with strong relevant electrical engineering and electrical machines knowledge
- Strong expertise in power systems, high-voltage engineering, and grid stabilization technologies (FACTS/HVDC knowledge is an advantage)
- Proven experience in managing complex R&D or engineering projects, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a dynamic and international environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills combined with a structured and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
