A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is being created to ensure business continuity by providing dedicated organizational change management support for the PLM360 and S4E project implementations within the Operations Yixing manufacturing facility. As an Experienced Professional (P2) in the General PMO job family, this position will be critical in managing the human-centric aspects of these significant system transitions. To effectively support these projects, the role will concentrate on two primary areas: Project Implementation & Change Management and PMO Support & Governance. This structure ensures a dual focus on executing change initiatives directly related to the projects while also upholding the standards, documentation, and reporting required by the Program Management Office. Given the focus on technology adoption within a manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in project management and change management methodologies. Essential qualifications include strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to manage project documentation, and a background in supporting large-scale IT or process implementations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• 60% Project Implementation & Change Management

- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for the PLM360 and S4E projects, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.

- Assess the impact of organizational changes on employees and business processes, providing support to ensure smooth transitions.

- Monitor and report on the progress of change adoption, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address resistance.

- Collaborate with technical project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan and timeline.

• 40% PMO Support & Governance

- Maintain all project-related documentation, including status reports, change logs, and training materials, in accordance with PMO standards.

- Assist the project manager in tracking milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation for change management workstreams.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to drive stakeholder alignment and user adoption of new systems.

- Prepare and deliver consolidated status reports on change management activities and adoption metrics to leadership in the China/Taiwan region.

What You Bring

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.

•3-5 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), organizational change management, or a related project coordination role.

•Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale IT system implementations (e.g., ERP, PLM) is highly desirable.

•Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an asset.
