About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager, you will lead service projects related to steam turbines and generators across the Latin America region. Your day will involve coordinating with cross-functional and international teams, managing project timelines, costs, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. You will also monitor project performance, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Lead and manage a portfolio of service projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with project managers and stakeholders across LATAM.
• Analyze project costs, timelines, and performance to maximize business profitability.
• Propose technical and commercial solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement.
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing industrial or service-related projects.
• Experience in equipment lifecycle (acquisition, assembly, testing, and delivery).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project/Primavera).
• Advanced communication skills in English;
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
You will be part of the Steam Turbines & Generators (STG) business unit, leading service projects across the Latin America region. The team focuses on maintenance, overhaul, and inspection projects, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery for our customers.
