A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Business Administration Team Lead, you will oversee the financial performance of the Argentina Service Office, ensuring effective budget management, cost control, and forecasting processes. You will lead a team of finance professionals supporting Field Service operations, providing guidance on commercial administration activities and project financial execution. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with operational leaders and headquarters to review productivity, profitability, and business performance, while ensuring compliance with financial governance and accounting standards. Your role will combine financial leadership, strategic planning, and business partnering to drive operational excellence and support the growth of the Gas Services organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Lead commercial and financial management of the Argentina Service Office, ensuring effective budget control and cost optimization
• Manage and develop the Field Service finance team, including cost controllers and site administrators
• Oversee and approve billing packages, ensuring accuracy of project-related costs
• Drive forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring financial alignment and performance
• Ensure robust CAPEX financial control and governance
• Partner with HQ to lead monthly performance reviews, driving productivity and profitability improvements
What You Bring
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• +5 years of experience in Business Administration, Cost Control, or Commercial Project Management
• Proven team leadership experience (+3 years managing teams)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and project execution
• Advanced English proficiency
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally (~20%)
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
