How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and SharePoint content, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for the team.
- Consolidate data from various sources into structured formats to support reporting and analysis.
- Provide administrative support for internal projects, including parts management and process harmonization initiatives.
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for team meetings and project reviews, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking.
- Support the update and formatting of training materials and user guides, contributing to the development of our team’s capabilities.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field).
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Basic data management and analysis skills, with effective use of AI to enhance work.
- Familiarity with an office environment is beneficial, though no prior professional experience is required.

Our team works closely with project management, engineering, commissioning, service, training, and customer stakeholders to establish safe working practices, harmonize processes, develop technical competencies, and support the implementation of High Voltage operations across a global offshore project portfolio.
