- Leadership of an interdisciplinary team and key interface between business and IT in SAP S/4HANA quality management initiatives
- Analysis, documentation, and optimization of quality-related business processes, including inspection, planning, notifications, complaints, EHS, and audit and compliance management
- Translation of business requirements into functional system solutions across SAP S/4HANA and connected quality management tools and interfaces
- Contribution to end-to-end process design, data utilization, and analytics enablement to improve efficiency and competitiveness across the value chain
- Collaboration with stakeholders across Quality, Procurement, Projects, and Logistics as well as IT and program teams
- Definition and execution of testing, support of deployments, data migration, change management, compliance adherence, and preparation of training materials and user enablement
- Academic degree in engineering or industrial engineering with relevant professional experience in quality management or business excellence, ideally in the energy sector or similar environment
- Strong expertise in digital solutions, preferably SAP, with focus on quality data management and SAP S/4HANA environments
- Solid knowledge of business process modeling, requirements engineering, test management, and change management
- Understanding of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and occupational health and safety requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
- High level of motivation, creativity, assertiveness, teamwork skills, and fluent English language proficiency
