About the Role
- Further development of the Switchgear strategy and prioritization of value-driven initiatives
- End-to-end leadership of strategic initiatives with direct exposure to and alignment with senior management
- Establishment and optimization of management and governance structures across functions and manufacturing sites
- Execution of strategic priorities, including impact tracking, risk management, and target monitoring
- Close collaboration with plant managers and business leaders to ensure consistent target achievement across the organization
- Leadership of cross-functional taskforces and creation of transparency regarding business cases, financial impacts, and value contributions in close cooperation with Finance
- Extensive experience in top-tier management consulting as well as strategy and transformation management
- Experience in an industrial environment, ideally within the energy sector
- Proven ability to structure complex strategic challenges and translate them into measurable results
- Experience leading and steering international cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Track record of managing large-scale programs in international industrial companies
- Strong execution capability, a high sense of ownership, and excellent analytical, communication, and conceptual skills when interacting with senior stakeholders and management teams
