Join our dynamic Strategic Acquisitions and Partnerships team within the Grid Technologies (GT) business area! In this exciting new role, you will lead the end-to-end M&A transaction lifecycle, driving strategic growth initiatives that align with our GT acquisition roadmap. You will engage in in-depth strategic and financial analysis, providing essential advisory support to senior leadership. Imagine being at the forefront of managing acquisitions from initial target identification to final integration planning, ensuring that your expertise in M&A and corporate development shapes our future success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships, from opportunity identification through to execution.
  • Manage and coordinate due diligence processes across financial, commercial, legal, and operational workstreams to ensure thorough evaluations.
  • Structure and support the negotiation of complex transactions in collaboration with corporate M&A teams and external advisors.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets based on strategic fit, financial performance, and long-term value creation.

What You Bring

  • You hold a university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • With 6+ years of extensive experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, you have a proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to complex transactions in an international environment.
  • You possess strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, enabling you to drive investment decisions effectively.
  • Your strategic thinking and analytical abilities allow you to translate complex financial analyses into clear, high-impact recommendations.
  • You have excellent communication and influencing skills, essential for managing relationships with stakeholders and presenting investment cases to senior leadership.
