As Power Plant Operations Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of a power generation facility. You will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with customers and key stakeholders, and drive operational excellence through strategic planning, continuous improvement, and strong people leadership.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and coordinate all operation and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
- Drive plant availability through preventive maintenance strategies, condition monitoring, and long-term maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational and financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and reporting.
- Coach, develop, and inspire a diverse team while fostering an inclusive work environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial plant operation and maintenance.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of power plant operations and maintenance strategies.
- Experience in project management, budgeting and performance monitoring.
- Professional proficiency in English and ability to work in multicultural environments.
