Join our dynamic Strategic Acquisitions and Partnerships team within Grid Technologies, where your analytical prowess will play a crucial role in our hypergrowth and acquisition roadmap. As a Junior Consultant, you will engage in M&A project execution and due diligence, providing essential support for key strategic initiatives. Imagine conducting market research, performing financial analysis, and translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Your contributions will be vital throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initial screening to final presentations, ensuring that our strategic goals are met with precision and clarity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will support end-to-end M&A and strategic projects, managing all stages of the deal lifecycle, from target identification to post-merger integration planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to build a robust pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating due diligence processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, corporate M&A, and external advisors.
  • Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation to assess the strategic and financial fit of potential targets, providing data-driven insights for strategic growth workshops.
  • Translate complex financial analyses into clear, structured insights and impactful presentations for senior stakeholders, refining narratives based on feedback to align with strategic objectives.

What You Bring

  • A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical corporate role.
  • Strong technical skills in financial analysis, corporate finance, and business intelligence, with a keen business acumen.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and report writing, complemented by excellent analytical and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
