About the Role
Snapshot of Your Day
As a Heavy Lift Resource Coordinator, your day will revolve around coordinating people, data, and processes to ensure offshore operations run smoothly. You will work closely with Resource Managers, HR, training providers, and offshore teams to track recruitment progress, organise training, and ensure technicians are ready for deployment. From updating trackers to managing mobilisation readiness and responding to stakeholder queries, you will play a key role in keeping everything accurate, on schedule, and well-coordinated.
How You'll Make an Impact
In this role, you will directly support the growth and readiness of the Heavy Lift technician workforce, enabling successful offshore operations and future vessel expansion.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation processes to ensure a smooth technician journey
- Maintain accurate tracking of workforce data, including availability, readiness, and competence
- Ensure training and certification requirements are completed and compliant
- Support workforce planning, allocation, and rotation for offshore campaigns
- Identify and escalate risks related to resource gaps, training, or mobilisation readiness
- Provide clear reporting and updates to stakeholders to support operational decision-making
What You'll Bring
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in coordination, workforce planning, HR administration, or operational support
- Strong ability to manage and maintain trackers, reports, and data with high accuracy
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, or training coordination processes
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HR or planning systems is a plus
